LDA City Lahore is one of the eminent and reliable housing projects located at Ferozepur Road and can also be accessed from Lahore Ring Road. It can easily be accessed from various roads of the city and is a project of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA).
It is a regulatory body responsible for approving and disapproving all the residential and commercial projects within the Lahore district. Due to its role as a development authority, it is fair to say that LDA city is a completely legal project. It covers more than 60,000 Kanal and is divided into two phases; Phase 1 and Phase 2. It offers residential plots, commercial plots, and apartments at reasonable rates.
The LDA City Lahore is a project of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA). It is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Lahore district. It also has the authority to issue notices and permits for all the new construction projects; residential schemes, commercial developments, parks, and green areas in Lahore.
The Punjab Provincial Assembly established the development authority under the 1975 LDA Act. Previously, it was known as the “Lahore Improvement Trust”.
